With over a decade of experience in property investment and development, Karan has been involved in a diverse range of residential projects across the UK. From acquisitions and planning through to development and delivery, he has worked on transactions of varying size and complexity, developing a strong understanding of deal structuring, negotiation and value creation.
His approach combines commercial thinking with a long-term perspective, focusing on identifying opportunities, managing risk and delivering high-quality developments. Drawing on extensive industry experience and a trusted network of professionals, Karan is committed to creating exceptional projects that generate lasting value for investors, partners and the communities they serve.
As Founder, Karan leads the investment strategy for The Gillman Group, identifying opportunities, structuring acquisitions and overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential developments.
